Senior Sous Chef
Located in picturesque countryside, however only a few miles from Taunton this beautiful and newly refurbished regency house is looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef.
Part of the prestigious von Essen collection of hotels this hotel boosts a 2 AA rosette award winning restaurant and is also a very popular venue for corporate events, weddings and private dining.
With the full refurbishment of the main house now complete, there are still exciting times ahead for the Mount Somerset with creation of a new hotel wing accommoding 10 new bedrooms plus the addition of an exclusive new spa.
The right candidate will be a highly motivated and passionate Senior Sous Chef with a great eye for detail and the drive to succeed. You will work well as part of a team and have a strong ability to maintain excellent standards within a pressurised kitchen environment. Successful candidates will have a creative flair, possess solid patisserie skills and will have the enthusiasm to learn and develop new culinary skills within the hotel kitchen
